– Issue #91 that I mentioned last week has been fixed by someone else already. I have a fix for issue 293 and I will be creating a Review item later today. The issue wants to save the number of students being displayed (attribute per_page), but I am also saving other attributes such as sort_by and filter attributes. The description also states that the problem exists when logged in as a TA, but it appears that both TA and admin views are affected so I will integrate my changes to the admin view as well.

Next Steps:
– I will look at a slightly bigger problem (issue #95). Based from the description it appears that issue #95 is bigger than the first two issues I worked on..

Road Blocks:
– I don’t see any problem for next week. Perhaps there will be when I start looking at issue #95

– Currently working on issue #656 (Grace Day Bug). I have a subversion_repository fix for the issue. I have not figured out how to solve issue #656 for memory_repository version yet. Also, I am currently trying to figure out how to write a unit test for the grace day bug as well as how to write a test case for the subversion_repository.
– I also ran into what I believe is another issue. Testing on the sandbox, demo server and my own computer, when I have 2 grace periods of 0.1 hours (6 minutes) and submitting the assignment in the first 6 minute period, I get charged 2 graces days. I was under the impression that if there are 2 grace day periods, if I submit my assignment in the first period, I only get charged 1 grace day. If I submit my assignment in the second period, I get charged 2 grace periods. This issue appears to only affect small grace periods.

Next Steps:
– Continue working to fix issue #656.
– Need to ship issue #729
– Learn how to write a functional test case for issue #741

Road Blocks:
– Learning how to write a test case for subversion repository will help speed up testing. Currently it looks like the unit test can only test out memory repository code path.
