Status:
- Completed fixes for review request for issue 745. Retested functionality manually.

Next Steps:
- Figure out next issue to start working on.

Road Blocks:
- Still having problems with Github functions. Consuming a lot of my time trying to pull/commit/merge code.

Kristian
Status:
- Refactored if statements for issue 293 as requested by Severin. Wrote a few testcases.
- Started working on issue 760. It’s not as easy as I thought it was. It requires more modifications. I will work on it and hopefully fix it next week.

Next Steps:
- Get feedback from review, make change and ship issue 293
- Continue work on 760.

Road Blocks:
- None

Michael
Status:
- Ship issue 656
- Re-looked at issue 741. Notice that my fix is only a temporary fix as remote_function is will no longer be supported in the latest version of rails. Working on finding a better fix to this issue.
- Worked and shipped issue 769.

Next Steps:
- Work on issue 741.
- Need to look into issue 748 and determine what is the best way of only showing current submission per assignment.

Road Blocks:
- None

Jeff
Status:

Next steps:

- Currently making fixes to my review request on issue 745.

Next Steps:
- Work on the issue of releasing marks (Jeff/Michael is currently working on and already fixed by Tobi already, see my post for more details)

Road Blocks:
- N/A

Kristian
Status:
- Submitted a review request for issue 293. Review #1253
- Discovered a bug while working on issue 293. I opened Issue 760 to fix this issue.

Next Steps:
- Write testcases for issue 293 and refactor a couple if statements in /controllers/submissions_controllers#browse
- Work on 760.

Road Blocks:
- None

Michael
Status:
- Currently working on issue #656 (Grace Day Bug). Updated code and attached to the review. Old Review. Ran into issues with how to fake the time when write svn test cases to test this issue. I wasn’t able to fake the time so that when submitting the assignment it wouldn’t use system time and use the fake time.
- Looked at issue #748. Issue is that every time we collect all submission, we create a new submission without removing the old one. Therefore, the more times you collect the submission, the more it will show when you subversion export file. Also, there does not seem to be any ordering. The ordering should be based off how the database stores all the submissions.
- Looked at release marks with Jeff issue # 697, 704. I noticed that Tobi has already fixed this issue and done the review.

Next Steps:
- Continue working to fix issue #656.
- Learn how to write a functional test case for issue #741.

Road Blocks:
-

Jeff
Status:
- Did some research on upgrading to rails 3.1 (regarding the prototype issues). Things should work more or less out of the box using prototype-rails, hopefully. Also fixed an issue regarding the graphs

Next steps:
- Looking into the releasing marks issue. I’m going to wait a bit more before taking on upgrading to rails 3.1.

- Issue #688 seems to be fixed already and should be closed. Can not reproduce the error.

Next Steps:
- Get feedback from review board, make change and ship issue #730
- Looking for new tickets to do and create new tickets for errors found.

Road Blocks:
- None

Kristian
Status:
- Issue #91 that I mentioned last week has been fixed by someone else already. I have a fix for issue 293 and I will be creating a Review item later today. The issue wants to save the number of students being displayed (attribute per_page), but I am also saving other attributes such as sort_by and filter attributes. The description also states that the problem exists when logged in as a TA, but it appears that both TA and admin views are affected so I will integrate my changes to the admin view as well.

Next Steps:
- I will look at a slightly bigger problem (issue #95). Based from the description it appears that issue #95 is bigger than the first two issues I worked on..

Road Blocks:
- I don’t see any problem for next week. Perhaps there will be when I start looking at issue #95

Michael
Status:
- Currently working on issue #656 (Grace Day Bug). I have a subversion_repository fix for the issue. I have not figured out how to solve issue #656 for memory_repository version yet. Also, I am currently trying to figure out how to write a unit test for the grace day bug as well as how to write a test case for the subversion_repository.
- I also ran into what I believe is another issue. Testing on the sandbox, demo server and my own computer, when I have 2 grace periods of 0.1 hours (6 minutes) and submitting the assignment in the first 6 minute period, I get charged 2 graces days. I was under the impression that if there are 2 grace day periods, if I submit my assignment in the first period, I only get charged 1 grace day. If I submit my assignment in the second period, I get charged 2 grace periods. This issue appears to only affect small grace periods.

Next Steps:
- Continue working to fix issue #656.
- Need to ship issue #729
- Learn how to write a functional test case for issue #741

Road Blocks:
- Learning how to write a test case for subversion repository will help speed up testing. Currently it looks like the unit test can only test out memory repository code path.
